Micro coworking hub, adapted apartment on the second floor of a building with an elevator. The total area of the work space is 52 square meters and it is arranged to have a comfortable 5 working places, a separate meeting office, a toilet and a mini kitchen.
The hub is located in Belgrade on Banovo Brdo.
The street is quiet, which makes it boring unless you have to work.
Facilities
Well, we have tables (do it yourself - style). And two fast internet connections . The chairs are good, adjustable and rotating, we use a large drawing board for important ideas and a smaller one for less important ones :). Copy-print-scan station (limited number of free copies). We use the dining table for both lunch and meetings - when we have to hold them.
Joke aside, the coworking space is very pleasant, the atmosphere relaxed. Coffee and fresh fruit are available in order to prevent napping at work.
Pet Friendly
If you like your pet friend to be with you or you do not want to leave it home alone, you are free to bring it to the hub with prior notice. Please note that big or dangerous breeds of dogs are not allowed.
Only one pet is allowed at a time, but that is part of agreement.
Environment / Location
The hub is located between Košutnjak park-forest colloquially styled "Belgrade's oxygen factory" and Ada Ciganlija, commonly nicknamed "Belgrade's Sea" . Within two to five minutes of walking from the hub, there are bakeries , several shops , restaurants and pizzerias , and in the main street (Požeška which is a seven to ten minute walk) there are banks, post office and a couple of small shopping centers . There is also free parking in front of the hub, but it is not easy to find a free place later in the afternoon or evening.

"Working hours" are from 0 to 24, every day,
means, you can come and work when it suits you, of course, with respect to house rules if you work late evening or at night.
